The Lido Key beach community in Florida’s Cultural Coast provides abundant opportunities to enjoy nature, observe wildlife, hike, kayak or canoe in calm waters.  The area along this Florida shoreline includes two beach properties with characteristics unique to each.

South Lido Beach consists of 100 acres of Australian pines which encompass miles of trails and wooden walkways.  Those seeking nature related activities often gravitate to this area of Lido Key.  The beach front areas are generally popular for sunbathing and beachcombing rather than swimming.

North Lido Beach is known for its white sandy beach which although it is only about a half mile long and borders a residential area, remains somewhat secluded and apart from the popular upscale shopping area of St. Armands Circle a short walk away.  The sunsets are quite beautiful from the vantage point of this beach and watching the horizon as evening approaches is a popular local activity.  If you won’t be able to partake of this ritual, swimming, relaxing or just strolling along a quiet and natural beach are also popular pastimes.Lido Key Chamber of Commerce
